YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR CHOICE

Request account deletion

Ask Comfort ATL to delete your account and associated personal data. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app to send a request.

Send a deletion request

  1. Email support@comfortatl.com, preferably from the email address linked to your Comfort ATL account.

  2. Use the subject Comfort ATL account deletion request.

  3. Include your account email and whether you use Comfort as a Customer, Owner, or Creator. If relevant, include your business or Creator profile name.

This opens a draft in your mail app. Send the email to submit your request. If no mail app opens, use the address and subject above in your email service.

You can also use the Privacy Request Center in your Customer, Owner, or Creator account area to submit and track a deletion request.

What happens next

Our team reviews your request and verifies that you own the account before making changes. If you cannot access your account email, tell us in your message so we can review recovery options.

We will explain any steps needed to finish the request and confirm the outcome by email. Opening the email draft does not delete your account.

Projects, billing & payouts

Active projects, unsettled payments, memberships, connected payout accounts, or administrator access may need to be resolved before deletion can be completed. Contact us for help with these steps.

A deletion request does not itself cancel a subscription or settle a payment.

Account data & retained records

The account-deletion process removes account access, customer activity such as saved places and private visit history, optional marketing-consent records, and private verification files. Some transaction, verification, agreement, and audit records are anonymized or retained where needed for legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution.

Business listings, published content, project deliverables, and related files may require separate review. Include any specific content or files you want removed. We will explain what can be deleted, what must be retained, and the reason and applicable retention period in our response. Retention varies by record type and purpose.

Read the Privacy Policy for more information, or contact support for a data-access or correction request.

Only send the details needed to locate your account. Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, full payment-card numbers, or identity documents.
